At Glouren, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time
We currently ship to the United States only. Once your order has been processed, standard delivery takes approximately 8 days.

Shipping Cost
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time via our Track Order page.

Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within 15 days of your shipping confirmation email please contact us and we will resolve this for you promptly.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us with your order number and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
